01Strategy & Market Entry

We define how to enter the Moroccan market — shaping strategy, testing feasibility, and positioning ventures for long-term success. Our approach is grounded in local knowledge, commercial understanding, and real-world execution, including brand positioning and launch strategy.

02Legal & Compliance

We work with leading legal and chartered accounting partners to structure businesses properly in Morocco — managing company formation, compliance, and regulatory requirements with confidence and precision.

03Partnerships & Transactions

We structure and deliver partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisitions — ensuring each deal is aligned, executable, and grounded in the realities of operating in Morocco.

04Land & Development

We source, assess, and secure land — guiding acquisition, due diligence, and development strategy with a clear understanding of local conditions and long-term potential. Through established partnerships with leading architects, interior designers, and suppliers, we support projects from concept through to delivery.

05Government & Relations

We operate within established government and institutional networks — facilitating approvals, navigating regulatory frameworks, and building the relationships required to move projects forward with confidence. That includes the ministries of tourism, culture, industry and finance, and the tax authorities: good working relationships, never shortcuts.

06Build & Delivery

We manage construction and delivery on the ground — coordinating contractors, overseeing execution, and ensuring projects are delivered properly, on time, and to standard. From early-stage planning through to final handover, we maintain control across the process, including the integration of IT systems and operational infrastructure.

07Operate & Grow

We support operations beyond delivery — assisting with team setup, staffing, and local management, alongside ongoing operational support. Our focus is on ensuring businesses not only launch successfully, but continue to operate effectively and scale within the Moroccan market, supported by marketing, content, and growth initiatives where required.

Ancient. Modern.

Moroccan modernity

Morocco is a modern country rich with historic culture spanning thousands of years: medinas, craft and dynasties alongside high-speed trains, new towers and world-class hotels. That depth is what makes it a place worth building in.

14 km

Strategic Geographic Position

Morocco sits at the crossroads of Europe and Africa, just 14km from Spain, offering unparalleled access to both markets. The country's position along major shipping lanes enhances its role as a critical logistics hub.

19.8 million

Africa’s most visited country

Morocco welcomed a record 19.8 million visitors in 2025, up 14% on 2024 and ahead of Egypt. Another 15.7 million came in the first nine months of 2026, up about 5% on the same period last year, creating real opportunity for hospitality operators and lifestyle brands.

2030

The FIFA World Cup

Morocco co-hosts the 2030 FIFA World Cup with Spain and Portugal, eight years after becoming the first African team to reach a World Cup semi-final. The country plans 60,000 new hotel beds, about a fifth more than today, and more than 190 billion dirhams of investment in rail, roads, airports, stadiums and cities.

Our golfing heritage

Morocco’s golf story begins in Tangier in 1914. King Hassan II brought in Robert Trent Jones Sr. to create Royal Golf Dar Es Salam in Rabat and founded the Hassan II Trophy in 1971. Today around 45 courses run from the coast to the interior.

26 million

A royal ambition

His Majesty King Mohammed VI announced Morocco’s World Cup bid in March 2023. The goal for the country is 26 million visitors by 2030, supported by new hotels, transport and cities.

Infrastructure Expansion

Significant investment in high-speed rail, port facilities, and urban development is transforming Morocco's business landscape. New economic zones and modernised airports are making secondary cities increasingly attractive.

Investor friendly

Built to attract international investors

Morocco works hard to attract international investors: government incentives, free trade agreements with key markets, special economic zones with tax advantages and streamlined procedures, and rules that allow foreign investors to repatriate their profits and capital.

Why you need us

Despite the modernisation of Morocco and its procedures, it remains an unknown for many investors. Procedures are time-consuming, and mistakes can be costly. With our help you avoid these hurdles, and your investment stays safe and legal. Our working relationships with Morocco’s ministries and agencies keep things moving, properly.

Retail & Hospitality

Despite growing affluence and tourism, Morocco presents significant gaps in quality retail and hospitality. International brands remain underrepresented relative to demand, first-mover advantages exist for operators willing to navigate market entry.

Logistics & Trade Position

Tanger Med ranks among Africa's largest ports. Free trade agreements with the EU, US, and African nations, combined with competitive labour costs, make Morocco attractive for manufacturing and distribution.
